Whoever violates any provision of this chapter may be cited and subject to the following fine schedule: $10 per occurrence if paid within 10 calendar days of the violation; $25 if paid after 10 calendar days of the violation; if not paid within 30 days, the citation may be forwarded to the Prosecutor for further court action.
