§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 130.04 or 130.05 shall be guilty of a Class C infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
   (C)   Any child, parent, guardian or custodian who violates any provision of § 130.06 shall, upon conviction, be punished with a minimum fine of $25 and the maximum fine of $250 in addition to costs. Each incident shall constitute a separate violation.
