(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, discard, cast, launch, or drop any object of any kind whatsoever, organic, or inorganic or synthetic substance, from any bridge or roadway over or appurtenant to any bridge within the town limits.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to jump, dive, hang, loiter, or swing from or off of any bridge or bridge structure or roadway over or appurtenant to any bridge within the town limits.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to attempt to or gain access to any bridge or bridge structure or roadway over or appurtenant to any bridge or structure by any method from any waterway over, beside, or along which any bridge has been constructed within the town limits.
(D) Except when otherwise permitted by the Department of Natural Resources or the town, no boating, skiing, or other recreational activity is permitted on, over or along any bridge or bridge structure or roadway appurtenant thereto on any bridge within the town limits.
(E) The Chief of Police shall be solely responsible for the regulation of fishing activities from, over, on or along bridges and areas appurtenant thereto, and shall post designated areas and appropriate limitations for use of bridges and structures appurtenant thereto in such ways that will not create or allow a hazard or threat to public safety exists as a result of any permitted fishing activity.
