§ 130.03 TRESPASSING PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for a person to loiter on the real property of another person in a manner inconsistent with the wishes of the owner of the property as expressed by such owner either verbally to the person or by posted notice, or in any other clear manner of communication.
