§ 74.03 RESTRICTIONS ON OPERATION.
   (A)   A person shall not operate a vehicle:
      (1)   At a rate of speed greater than is reasonable and proper having due regard for the
conditions then existing; provided, however, in no event shall a person operate a snowmobile or off- road vehicle in excess of 15 miles per hour;
      (2)   In a manner which would violate any traffic or parking ordinances of the town, or which would fail to obey any traffic devices, markings and signs, including stop and yield signs, posted by the town;
      (3)   During the hours from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise without displaying a lighted headlight and a lighted taillight;
      (4)   Within 100 feet of a dwelling between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., except on his own property or property under his control or as an invited guest;
      (5)   On any property without the consent of the landowner or tenant thereof;
      (6)   On a railroad track or railroad right-of-way, except railroad personnel in the performance of their duty;
      (7)   Unless it is equipped with a muffler in good working order and in constant operation to prevent excessive or unusual noise and annoying smoke.
   (B)   A person operating a snowmobile or off-road vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians and to all other traffic.
