§ 74.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished with a minimum fine of $25 and a maximum fine of $200 in addition to costs. Each incident shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter. A fine imposed under this chapter cannot be waived or suspended.
