(A) A snowmobile or other off-road vehicle shall not be operated by any person on any street, alley, or other public right-of-way in the town except on the following streets in the town, which are hereby designated "Snowmobile and Off-Road Vehicle Routes":
(1) Stringtown Pike from the southern town corporation limits to its intersection with Brinton Street.
(2) Main Street.
(3) Bayview Drive from Jackson Street to its intersection with Park Street.
(4) Park Street.
(5) State Road No. 19 from Park Street to the north town corporation limits.
(6) State Road No. 19 from its intersection with Brinton Street south to 226th Street.
(7) Brinton Street.
(8) Buckeye Street.
(9) 235th Street.
(10) East 236th Street from its intersection with Jackson Street to the western town corporation limits.
(11) Byron Street from its intersection with Buckeye Street north to the Police Station of the Town of Cicero.
(B) The Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the town shall cause to be posted, on and along the above designated snowmobile and off-road vehicle routes, signs which designate the said routes as snowmobile and off-road vehicle routes.
