(A) That, effective January 1, 2023, the garbage pickup and recycling services fee established by § 52.11(A) entitled Garbage Collection Fee is hereby modified to a three-year graduated rate. The rates will be as follows:
(1) That, effective January 1, 2023, the garbage pickup and recycling services fee established by § 52.11(A) entitled Garbage Collection Fee is hereby modified to $16.00 per month, per unit.
(2) That, effective January 1, 2024, the garbage pickup and recycling services fee established by § 52.11(A) entitled Garbage Collection Fee is hereby modified to $16.72 per month, per unit.
(3) That, effective January 1, 2025, the garbage pickup and recycling services fee established by § 52.11(A) entitled Garbage Collection Fee is hereby modified to $17.47 per month, per unit.
(B) Said garbage collection fee shall be billed and collected as part of the normal water and sewer billing system of the town.
(C) In the event that any individual garbage collection fee is paid later than five days after the due date, an additional charge in the amount of 5% shall be assessed.
(D) This section shall apply to all residential dwelling units, as previously defined, located within the municipal boundaries of the town.
