§ 51.02 LATERAL SEWERS.

All lateral sewers to be connected directly or indirectly to the town sewer system shall, at the owner or developer's expense, be constructed and installed by the owner or developer to the town's specifications, and dedicated to the town. They shall be in such streets, rights-of-way, easements, or other locations as approved by the town.
