All childcare facilities shall require all children to be age appropriately immunized. A current copy of the immunization records for all children in the provider's care shall be on file within fourteen (14) days of the initial attendance. These immunizations will be updated for the child's age as recommended by the public health service advisory committee on immunization practices (ACIP). The only exception shall be for health reasons or on religious grounds in which case the daycare provider shall have on file the records required in subsection 6.04.115F of this chapter.
