248.02 APPOINTMENT OF FIRE-FIGHTERS; TERMS.

The Fire Chief and volunteer fire-fighters shall be appointed by the Mayor, by and with the advice and consent of Council, and shall serve for terms of one year or until removed for sufficient cause or by resignation.
