860.06 FOOD SALES AND SANITATION.

(a) All applicants and licensees under this chapter that are engaged in the conduct of selling food or beverages shall attach a copy of their current permit issued by the local health department to any application for any license under this chapter.

(b) Licensees under this chapter must provide for the sanitary collection of all refuse, litter, and garbage generated by their patrons who purchase items or use the service and remove all such waste materials from the location before departing.
