860.05 DENIAL OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   An application for a license pursuant to this chapter may be denied, or a currently issued license may be revoked, for any of the following reasons:
   (a)   Any statement in the application is determined to be false.
   (b)   The applicant has been charged with or received a disposition of guilt, including through supervision, probation, or conviction, of any offense involving theft, burglary, fraud, bribery or moral turpitude under the laws of the State of Illinois, or any other state, or of the United States.
   (c)   The applicant has had a previously issued license under this chapter or any similar chapter revoked by the City, or any other municipality, within three years of the date of application.
   (d)   The applicant has been convicted of or entered a guilty plea related to any violation of the provisions of this chapter within three years of the date of application.
   (e)   The applicant has an outstanding debt with the City.
   (f)   The applicant has not submitted all required documents at the time of application.
   (g)   The applicant has engaged in fraud, misrepresentation or false statements in the course of carrying out his or her business.
   (h)   Upon denial of any application or revocation of any license, the City Clerk shall provide written notification of denial or revocation to the applicant as soon as reasonably practical.
