1424.08 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF PERMITS OR REGISTRATIONS; REVIEW.

The Electrical Inspector may suspend or temporarily revoke for cause any permit or registration issued under this chapter. Such action shall be subject to review by the Electrical Commission, to be heard as is provided in Section 1424.06. The Electrical Commission shall make and prescribe such rules as are necessary for the proper con-duct of any hearing which may come before it.
