There is hereby adopted by reference that certain electrical code known as the National Electrical Code, sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association, specifically the 1993 edition thereof, copies of which are on file with the City Clerk, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated herein as though set out in full, and the provisions thereof shall govern and control the installation, alteration and use of electrical equipment and wiring within the City and no person shall install or use any electrical machine or device that does not conform to the provisions of such Code.
