Any person wishing to making a donation of money or property for the benefit of the Christopher Public Library shall have the right to vest the title to such money or property, real or personal, in the City of Christopher, to be held and controlled by the City, when accepted, according to the terms of the deed, gift devise or bequest of such property for the benefit of the Christopher Public Library.
