1062.13 VACANCIES ON BOARD.

Vacancies on the Board of Directors, occasioned by removal, resignation or otherwise, shall be promptly reported to Council, and the Mayor shall, with the approval of Council, appoint a director or directors to serve the unexpired term or terms.
