1062.06 CONTROL OF LIBRARY FUND.

The City Council shall have the exclusive control of the expenditure of all moneys collected to the credit of the Library Fund. All moneys received for the Christopher Public Library shall be deposited in the Treasury of the City to the credit of such Library Fund, shall be kept separate and apart from other moneys of the City and shall be expended by the City Treasurer only upon the- properly authenticated vouchers of the Mayor and City Council.
