1062.04 OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES OF THE BOARD.

The members of the Board of Directors, immediately after taking office in July, shall meet and organize by the election from their number of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and such other officers and committees as they deem necessary and provide for in their rules and bylaws.
