220.10 DETERMINATION OF RULES OF PROCEDURE; PUNISHMENT AND EXPULSION OF MEMBERS; BRIBERY.
   Council shall determine its own rules of procedure, punish its members for disorderly conduct and, with the concurrence of two-thirds of all Aldermen elected, may expel a member, but not a second time for the same offense. However, any Alderman who has been convicted of bribery shall thereby be deemed to have vacated his or her office.
