There is hereby adopted by reference that certain housing code known as the B.O.C.A. National Property Maintenance Code, 1993 edition, copies of which are on file with the City Clerk, which Code is adopted for the control of buildings and structures, as therein provided, and each and all of the regulations of such Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.
