In addition to the application fees provided for herein, the licensee shall pay to the City on or before July 1 of each year, an annual license fee which shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each mobile home space in the park. Annual license fees submitted after July 1 shall be subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) late fee. The licensee shall also complete and return a license renewal application by July 1 of each year. The licensee shall pay to the City within 30 days of receipt of notification from the City one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each mobile home site added to the park under authority of a written permit to alter the park. Mobile home parks in full operation on the effective date of this chapter shall be required to comply with the application process and the annual license fee. Each license fee shall be paid to the City and any license fee, or any part thereof, once paid to and accepted by the City shall not refunded.
