1459.10 RELICENSING.

A mobile home park whose license has been voided, suspended, denied or revoked may be relicensed by submission of the application items required in Section 1459.02 and an application fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) which is nonrefundable. Approval shall be issued if an inspection of the park by the City indicates compliance with this chapter.
