220.07 DEFERRAL OF COMMITTEE REPORTS.

Upon the request of any two Aldermen, present, any report of a committee of Council shall be deferred for final action thereon at the next regular meeting of the same after the report is made. Such request shall be entered on the journal of Council, with the names of the Aldermen making the same.
