The Building Inspector shall be notified:
(a) Prior to pouring the footings;
(b) After completion of framing prior to interior finishing; and
(c) After completion and prior to occupancy of any building or structure.
The Building Inspector shall examine the work within one day after receipt of notice that the work is ready for inspection. Upon satisfactory completion of the construction, the Building Inspector shall issue a certificate of occupancy.
