1420.05 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

The Building Inspector, in the discharge of his official duties, and upon proper identification, shall have the right and authority to enter any building, structure or premises, whether the same is occupied or not, at any reasonable hour. (Ord. 308. Passed 5-20-63.)
