1420.03 BUILDING INSPECTOR; APPOINTMENT, TERM AND REMOVAL.

The office of Building Inspector is hereby established and the executive official in charge shall be known as the Building Inspector, The Building Inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor. His appointment shall continue during good behavior and satisfactory service. He shall not be removed from office except for cause after full opportunity has been given him to be heard on specific charges. (Ord. 308. Passed 5-20-63.)
