1290.02 COMPENSATION.

Council shall have the right, power and authority to fix the salary, fees or emoluments for any officer or other member of the Board of Zoning Appeals provided for in this chapter. However, until Council so acts, no such officer or member shall receive any salary, fees or emoluments for his or her services in such capacity.
