1286.05 LOT AREA PER FAMILY ON CORNER LOTS.

On a corner lot, for the purpose of determining the lot area per family, one-half of the width of the abutting side street may be included in computing the area of the lot, provided that the area gained thereby does not exceed 25% of the lot itself.
