204.02 FISCAL YEAR.
   (a)   The fiscal year for the City shall commence on May 1 of each year and shall end on April 30 of each year.
   (b)   This section shall be effective for the fiscal year 1981-1982. (Ord. 478. Passed 5-4-81.)
