204.01 CITY SEAL.

(a) A seal circular in form and containing the words "Corporate Seal, City of Christopher, Illinois" shall be the corporate seal of the City and shall be used in all cases required by the laws of the State and the ordinances of the City, but in no case shall the use of the seal bind the City, unless the use thereof is legally authorized.

(b) The City Clerk shall be the custodian of the seal and shall use the same in all cases where required by the laws of the State and the ordinances of the City.
