Other accessory uses customarily incidental to a permitted principal use, including signs which are integral with or attached flat against a building, are permitted in "B-l" Secondary Business Districts. Projecting signs shall be located not less than ten feet above the average grade and shall not extend more than ten feet from any building to which they are attached. Elevated signs shall not extend past any lot line. The total gross area of all signs on a lot shall not exceed two times the lineal frontage of the lot.
