1264.03 STREET FRONTAGE REQUIRED; REAR DWELLINGS.

No person shall permit a lot to contain a building which is used as a dwelling unless it abuts at least thirty feet on a street. No building in the rear of a principal building on the same lot shall be used as a dwelling. (Ord. 340. Passed 12-19-66.)
