1064.17 ENFORCEMENT BY POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   (a)   The Police Department shall, in connection with its duties imposed by law, diligently enforce this chapter.
   (b)   The Department may order any person acting in violation of this chapter to leave the Christopher City Lake No. 1 (Old Reservoir) and recreation area.
