1062.02 BOARD OF DIRECTORS; MEMBERSHIP.

The Mayor, with the approval of Council, shall proceed to appoint a board of seven directors for the Christopher Public Library, chosen from the citizenry at large, with reference to their fitness for such office, and not more than one member of Council shall be a member of such Board of Directors at any one time.
