1060.15 DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH.

All garbage and rubbish collected in the City shall be hauled by the City Collector to a licensed landfill and the collector shall dispose of all garbage and rubbish collected at the expense of the City Collector. The City Collector shall comply with all City ordinances and State laws with regard to disposal of the garbage and rubbish collected.
