1060.03 CONTAINERS REQUIRED.

The City Collector shall furnish containers to each and every water customer who resides in any dwelling, house, apartment, mobile home, trailer or other residential building responsible for the disposal of garbage or rubbish which is to be collected by the authorized collector.
