1040.05 INTERPRETATION OF CHAPTER.

In case of disputes arising between the City and its water customers as to the meaning of any provision of this chapter or any other ordinance pertaining to the water system, the City reserves the right to have Council interpret such meaning and the decision of Council in such disputes shall be final and binding both upon the City and the customers.
