Every licensee shall cause his or her licenses to be framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place in the licensed premises and a separate license shall appear above each machine. Only premises eligible for gaming machines as permitted by the State of Illinois Gaming Commission are eligible to obtain a license under the provisions of this chapter.
