872.04 RECORDS OF LICENSES.

When a license is granted by the Mayor and signed by him or her, it shall be counter-signed by the City Clerk who shall file and keep all original papers and documents referred to the issue thereof. The Clerk shall make a complete list of all licenses issued and the dates of issuance.
