The annual license fee shall be paid at the time of application for any such license provided that such annual license fee at the time of application be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months which have expired in the license year prior to the issuance of such license. The license fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per State licensed gaming machine on the premises. If a machine is replaced during the annual license term, there will be a ten dollar ($10.00) fee to obtain a transfer license for the replacement machine.
