872.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

The City of Christopher shall allow gaming machines in the City pursuant to the State Gaming Code. No person shall maintain in their premises under the State Gaming Code any gaming machine which is not licensed under the State Gaming Code without first obtaining a license to do so from the City of Christopher for each machine licensed through the Gaming Statute to the premises.
