870.03 STATE LAW.

All applicants for consumer fireworks displays and pyrotechnic fireworks displays shall comply with the Fireworks Use Act (ILCS Ch. 435, Act 35) and the Pyrotechnic Distributor and Licensing Act (ILCS Ch. 225, Act 227) and all requirements of the Office of State Fire Marshal.
