(a) Three-Day Licenses. Each applicant, whether applying for a license as a food truck vendor, peddler or transient merchant, shall pay to the City Clerk a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) at the time the applicant submits his or her application for a license to the City Clerk. If the application is approved, said applicant shall receive a license which is valid for a period of three consecutive days.
(b) One-Day Licenses. Each applicant, whether applying for a license as a food truck vendor, peddler or transient merchant, shall pay to the City Clerk a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) at the time the applicant submits his or her application for a license to the City Clerk. If the application is approved, said applicant shall receive a license which is valid for a period of one day.
