It shall be unlawful for any person, whether as principal or agent, to engage in, or carry on any business, occupation or pursuit as a food truck vendor, peddler, or transient merchant within the jurisdiction of the City without first obtaining a license. A license may be obtained by filing a written license application with the City Clerk’s office on a form provided by the City Clerk during the City Clerk’s regular business hours no less than 24 hours in advance of the proposed activity.
