848.25 DECLARATION OF NUISANCE.

Any building used as a massage establishment in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter with the intentional, knowing, reckless or negligent permission of the owner thereof, or of the agent of such owner, together with all fixtures and other property used in violation of this chapter, is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
