A person operating a massage establishment shall maintain a current file of all persons employed by him or her. This file shall contain the true names and aliases used by each employee, his or her age, birthdate, height, weight, color of hair and eyes, home address, telephone number, Social Security number and the date of employment and termination thereof. Such person shall make all records immediately available upon demand by any law enforcement officer. Every person who operates a massage business or practices or provides a massage shall at all times keep an appointment book in which the name of each patron is entered together with the date, time and place of service as well as the precise nature of the service provided. Such appointment book shall be available at all times for inspection by the Mayor or by his or her authorized representative.
