848.14 TRANSFER OF PERMITS.

No permit for the operation of a massage establishment which is issued pursuant to this chapter shall be transferable. No permit of a masseur or masseuse shall be transferable under any conditions and such authority as a permit confers shall be conferred only on the permittee named therein.
