A license issued under this chapter may be revoked by the Mayor because of fraud or false statement in the procurement thereof or for a violation of a provision of this chapter or any other ordinance of the City by such licensee or upon satisfactory proof being made to the Mayor that such licensee is not a fit and proper person to carry on the business authorized by such license.
