820.02 GASOLINE STORAGE; COMPLIANCE WITH FIRE LAWS.

All gasoline stored at a public garage or service station shall be stored in accordance with the provisions of the American Insurance Association's Fire Prevention Code, as adopted in Chapter 1610. Such a business shall comply with all State laws and rules and City ordinances relating to fire hazards and fire protection at all times.
